En cumplimiento de la Ley 1581 de 2012 y demás normas que regulan la protección de datos personales en Colombia, Arya48 S.A.S. garantiza a los titulares el derecho a solicitar la eliminación de sus datos personales.
1. DERECHO DE ELIMINACIÓN
El titular podrá solicitar en cualquier momento la eliminación total o parcial de sus datos personales cuando considere que no están siendo tratados conforme a la ley o cuando desee revocar la autorización otorgada.
2. ¿CÓMO SOLICITAR LA ELIMINACIÓN?
El titular podrá realizar la solicitud a través de los siguientes medios:
• Enviando un correo electrónico a: arya48colombia@gmail.com
• Respondiendo al mensaje recibido vía WhatsApp con la palabra: ELIMINAR
La solicitud debe incluir como mínimo: nombre completo del titular, número de contacto y descripción clara de la solicitud de eliminación.
3. TIEMPOS DE RESPUESTA
Las solicitudes serán atendidas dentro de los términos establecidos por la legislación colombiana:
• Consultas: máximo diez (10) días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha de recepción.
• Reclamos: máximo quince (15) días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente a la recepción completa de la solicitud.
En caso de requerir información adicional para atender la solicitud, se informará al titular dentro de los plazos legales.
4. CONFIRMACIÓN DE ELIMINACIÓN
Una vez gestionada la solicitud, Arya48 S.A.S. confirmará al titular la eliminación de sus datos personales, salvo que exista una obligación legal o contractual que impida su supresión inmediata.
5. EXCEPCIONES
La eliminación podrá no proceder cuando los datos deban conservarse por cumplimiento de obligaciones legales, contractuales o requerimientos de autoridad competente.
6. AUTORIDAD DE CONTROL
Si el titular considera que su solicitud no ha sido atendida conforme a la ley, podrá presentar queja ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio de Colombia.

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and other regulations governing personal data protection in Colombia, Arya48 S.A.S. guarantees data subjects the right to request the deletion of their personal data.
1. RIGHT TO DELETION
The data subject may request, at any time, the total or partial deletion of their personal data when they believe it is not being processed in accordance with the law or when they wish to revoke the authorization previously granted.
2. HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
The data subject may submit the request through the following means:
• By sending an email to: arya48colombia@gmail.com
• By replying to the WhatsApp message received with the word: DELETE
The request must include at least: the data subject’s full name, contact number, and a clear description of the deletion request.
3. RESPONSE TIMES
Requests will be handled within the timeframes established by Colombian law:
• Inquiries: maximum of ten (10) business days from the date of receipt.
• Complaints: maximum of fifteen (15) business days from the day following the complete receipt of the request.
If additional information is required to process the request, the data subject will be informed within the legal deadlines.
4. CONFIRMATION OF DELETION
Once the request has been processed, Arya48 S.A.S. will confirm the deletion of the personal data, unless there is a legal or contractual obligation that prevents its immediate removal.
5. EXCEPTIONS
Deletion may not proceed when the data must be retained to comply with legal or contractual obligations, or requirements from a competent authority.
6. SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
If the data subject believes that their request has not been handled in accordance with the law, they may file a complaint with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce of Colombia.
